Sourcewell Sponsor Webinar: Driving Airport Performance Through Executive–Procurement Collaboration

About this event

Why an efficient procurement function is indispensable
A well-run procurement team enables executives to secure the right goods and services at the right time without exposing the airport to compliance or audit risk. This matters because airports operate under strict regulatory oversight and face constant operational pressures. When procurement is strong:

Resources arrive when operations need them, whether for airfield maintenance, security equipment, IT systems, or passenger-facing services.

Compliance is built into every purchase, reducing the risk of findings, penalties, or delays in federal funding.

Executives gain confidence that urgent needs can be met without shortcuts or procedural violations.

Vendors are managed effectively, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability across the airport ecosystem.

Sourcewell has secured Carlton Braley to present this webinar for APG Membership. Carlton E Braley Jr is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive VP of Fortbrand AME.
